- When exporting a route to your TomTom Rider it is essential to enable "Import routes" on your TomTom Rider, after you've connected it through USB. If this step isn't taken, your computer will not recognize the device making the export through the connector impossible.
- For navigation purposes always make sure to use the file with 'Track' in it's name. This route is the most accurate.
Tip! Do you want your Rider to import the route and not just the track? then export in the .ITN filetype!
